Anastasia Nikolis, PhD is an Assistant Professor of English at St. John Fisher University. Her academic research focuses on lyric confession and visual poetics in post-1945 North American poetry, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Teaching Poetry Now, Humanities, and Apocalyptica: Journal for Apocalyptic and Post-Apocalyptic Studies. In her creative writing, she explores the intersections of visual art, place, and the body.
